The error message you will see will look like this:
You cannot use Messenger at this time because your contact list is not available. Please try again later.
Click Help to learn more about your contact list. 81000377
Solution: There isn\'t really a solution, it means you can\'t connect to the messenger servers. First check the status of the .NET servers here. If that says everything is OK then it will be a problem with your net connection. You should still be able to connect to other services like AIM and web pages. If this problem persists please start a thread in our forum requesting help.
